THE SLANDERER'S LAST STOP

The court ruling against E.Tadjibaev, who presented himself as an "independent blogger" and "guardian of justice" but actually lived by personal animosity, slander, and extortion, was reviewed by the appellate instance in Fergana.

The judicial panel upheld the decision to send the cyberbully to a strict regime colony. All of the "hero's" vile deeds were confirmed in court!

E.Tadjibaev personally devised a malicious plan against K.Yu., the head of a branch of AT "Xalq banki" (People's Bank). He obtained audio recordings that would disgrace the bank official, posted them on Telegram channels he managed, and left a threatening comment, "to be continued." He played the role of an "honest blogger revealing the truth."

Seeing this situation, one feels compelled to say: this "guardian of justice" did not post these messages for the public. By threatening to completely disgrace the bank official on social media, he intended to force him to pay off a credit debt of 29,000,000 soums belonging to another citizen (making a demand of a property nature).

Here's your "people's advocate"! This criminal act was directly confirmed by the court under Article 165 (Extortion) of the Criminal Code.

The next criminal target of this fake "hero" was Sh.Esanov, a local journalist and head of an media outlet. Due to his personal animosity and hatred, E.Tadjibaev disregarded all boundaries of humanity and decency.

E.Tadjibaev stole the civil passport of journalist Sh.Esanov from his car.

Acting in a "manly" fashion, he posted photos of the stolen passport and personal photos of the journalist's family members, including underage children, on a fake Telegram channel.

Underneath the photos, he personally wrote and disseminated fabrications and slander intended to deliberately insult the honor and dignity of the victims and disgrace them in society, which was confirmed in court.

It was also fully confirmed within the criminal case that, precisely because of this personal animosity towards Sh.Esanov, E.Tadjibaev targeted other journalists and bloggers collaborating with Sh.Esanov (O.Khalikov, N.Mosinov, M.Solieva) and wrote defamatory lies under their photos.

Has our "truthful blogger" really sunk so low? E.Tadjibaev's criminal hooliganism was not limited to being a keyboard warrior in the virtual world. On May 12, 2025, he entered an ambulance station and demanded that doctors administer "Euphyllin" to him, acting as if he were a professor.

When the doctors informed him during the examination that the medication could not be administered, he became enraged, insulted the doctors performing their duties, threw medical equipment to the ground, and exhibited indecent behavior towards a doctor, all of which was confirmed in court.

The upbringing of a person who lectures on morality online was revealed in the hospital.

The fake blogger's violations reached their most horrific and, at the same time, comical climax on May 16, 2025. According to the court's decision, he actively resisted the investigator and operational officers of the Fergana City Department of Internal Affairs who arrived to search his home, like a true "action movie hero".

He took a kitchen knife, threatened the lives of the Internal Affairs officers, and demanded that investigative actions be stopped by holding the knife to his throat. He also inflicted bodily harm on E.O., a senior operational representative of the Internal Affairs Department, who attempted to neutralize him.

Furthermore, he put on an "acting performance," doused himself with flammable diesel fuel (solar oil) from head to toe, and threatened to set himself and the surrounding Internal Affairs officers on fire with a lighter, which was fully confirmed during the court proceedings. The goal was to instill panic in the Internal Affairs officers and the local community out of fear of legal punishment.

Having not learned from his previous intentional crime for which he was conditionally released, E.Tadjibaev again intentionally committed such serious crimes.

Although he should have received a longer and harsher sentence for his vicious criminal episodes, the court, guided by the principle of humanity and humanism, the highest value of our state, took his family circumstances into account (the court showed him mercy). He received his final sentence within the framework of the law.

E.Tadjibaev was found fully guilty under Articles 139 (Slander), 140 (Insult), 165 (Extortion), 219 (Resistance to a representative of authority), and 227 of the Criminal Code and was sentenced to serve his time in a strict regime colony.
