OPTION TO CONNECT TO COURT SESSION VIA ONE ID

Dear citizens, business entities, enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as representatives of the public!

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 21, 2025, No. PP-XXXX "On additional measures to increase the level of access to justice by introducing artificial intelligence technologies into the activities of courts and improving the material and technical support of the judicial system", starting from January 1, 2026, the activities of economic courts will be improved, and the Fergana Inter-district Economic Court (Fergana city, Al-Farghoni street, building 47) is operating in the Fergana region.

In order to ensure the openness and transparency of court proceedings, create convenience for participants, and prevent unnecessary hassle, courtrooms are equipped with a video conferencing system.

Now, citizens and entrepreneurs can participate in court hearings via video conferencing from the following court buildings in their regions without coming to the regional center:

Fergana city — in the building of the Fergana Inter-district Economic Court.

Fergana district — in the building of the Fergana District Court for Criminal Cases.

Kokand city — from the building of the Kokand City and Kokand Inter-district Courts for Civil Cases.

Margilan city — from the building of the Margilan City and Margilan Inter-district Courts for Civil Cases.

Uzbekistan, Kuvasay, Besharyk, Bagdad, Buvayda, Dangara, Yazavan, Kuva, Kushtepa, Oltiariq, Rishtan, Sokh, Tashlak, Uchkuprik, and Furkat districts — in the buildings of the courts for criminal cases in these districts.

In addition, participants can directly participate in court hearings via the internet from their place of residence or work without visiting the court buildings. To do this, you need to register in the "OneID" system and use the "TE Mobile" and "TE Desktop" applications through vka.sud.uz.
