Opportunities for those with a damaged credit history

District Governors Granted Significant Financial Powers and a total of 3.2 trillion soums are being allocated to them. Among these funds, aimed at poverty reduction and increasing household incomes in our country, are 240 billion soums from the poverty fund, 100 billion soums from the employment fund, 760 billion soums from the three registers, and a remaining balance of 300 billion soums from the entrepreneurship development company for compensation purposes.

From now on, district headquarters will independently decide on the provision of subsidies or interest-free loans. Additionally, projects of needy residents with overdue credit histories will receive preferential financing based on individual assessment, and loan repayment periods will be adapted to the specific characteristics of farming and trade sectors.
