It is no secret that in the past, the sector faced various problems, public complaints, infrastructural shortcomings, and social issues concerning employees. But today, the situation is changing.

Since Murodjon Shokirovich Yuldashev took office as the head of "Farg'ona suv ta'minoti" JSC, a new approach, a new sense of responsibility, and a drive for change have intensified within the system.

Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, the enterprise also strived to ascend to a new level.

These changes, above all, were harmonized with the leader's personal efforts and demanding nature.

Murodjon Shokirovich worked tirelessly, day and night, disregarding the winter cold and the scorching summer heat, to eliminate existing problems in the system, improve work processes, and solve the tasks facing the team.

Leadership means going to where the problem arises, listening to people's concerns, taking responsibility in difficult situations, demanding results, and most importantly, being able to lead the team.

Because for people, water is not just a service, but one of the most essential needs of daily life.

Therefore, behind every change in the system, every repaired network, every resolved accident, and every improved service, there is someone's late nights, someone's labor in the winter cold, someone's hardship in the summer heat.

In this process, Murodjon Shokirovich's personal initiative and dedication are also worthy of special attention.

Most importantly, the changes did not remain on paper. Attention to employees' labor has increased, and timely payment of wages has begun to be ensured. Special emphasis has been placed on improving water supply infrastructure, modernizing existing networks, and enhancing service quality.

Of course, problems that have formed over several years cannot be solved in a single day. This is a complex system encompassing large infrastructure, vast funds, thousands of kilometers of networks, and a large team working with the public daily.

Today, the awarding of the Director of "Farg'ona suv ta'minoti" JSC, Murodjon Shokirovich Yuldashev, with a high state award in accordance with the relevant Decree of our President on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a fitting recognition of these efforts.

This award is the result not of a single day's work, but of years of dedication, research, responsibility, and relentless effort.

It is undoubtedly a joyous event that the labor, which lived alongside the system, seeking solutions to its problems day and night, disregarding winter cold and summer heat, is now recognized by the state.

On behalf of the editorial office of Fergamamedia.uz, we sincerely congratulate Murodjon Shokirovich Yuldashev on this high state award.

May your recognition pave the way for even greater responsibility and new achievements.

We wish for the reforms being implemented in the water supply sector to continue consistently, providing even higher quality, stable, and modern services for the residents of Fergana.
