On August 15, another serious question has arisen regarding an incident involving employees of the Fergana City Landscaping Department.

According to the employees, their working hours on Saturday were supposed to end at 2:00 p.m. However, the video shows that more than 30 people were involved in the work, with some employees continuing to work until 5:00 p.m.

The employees say they came here on the instructions of Dilfuza Khadjaeva, head of the Landscaping Department. At the same time, information has been provided suggesting that they were brought to work based on an instruction allegedly issued by the city administration.

Pay attention to the statements of the workers’ “brigadiers” and supervisors.

If the Landscaping Department employees are assigned to specific areas, who assigned them to these areas, on the basis of which order, and under whose responsibility?

Every employee should have a designated workplace, duties and area of responsibility. Simply sending people to a particular area is not enough.

Where is the order? Where is the document assigning them to the area? What is its number and date? Who is responsible for the employees working specifically in this area?

If the employees were required to work after 2:00 p.m. on August 15, was a separate order issued for this? If there was indeed an instruction from the city administration, was that instruction given in writing?

We want answers to these questions not verbally, but based on official documents.

Because this is not about numbers written on paper. This is about real people.

It is essential to clearly establish who is responsible for the elderly employees performing physically demanding work throughout the day, from assigning them to a particular area to ensuring their working hours, occupational safety and health.

If an employee suffers an accident while working, who will be held responsible? Can the verbal statement, “So-and-so sent him,” remove responsibility from the person who made the decision?

Therefore, we expect a clear response from Dilfuza Khadjaeva, head of the Fergana City Landscaping Department.

Is there an official order assigning the employees to specific areas? Is there an order requiring them to work until 5:00 p.m. on August 15?

Who signed these orders? Who is the person responsible for the employees?

If the instruction came from the city administration, who specifically issued it?
